A leading aerospace parts manufacturer is searching for a Supply Chain Manager to develop and lead their material department to meet client demand. The Manager will be responsible for achieving business goals, continuous improvement initiatives, material and purchasing management, site material metrics including value of inventory, days on hand, customer on time delivery, supplier on time delivery, SIOP forecast accuracy, development of profit plan forecast and ERP health measures.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree, Master preferred
5
years experience in manufacturing
3
years experience in management
Lean Six Sigma certification highly preferred
Mixed-Model scheduling experience
APICS (CPIM) certification
SIOP experience and success leading the process
Detailed hands on knowledge/use of ERP systems including MFG Pro.
Success in leading a team towards metrics based objectives
Demonstrated success leading cost out strategies
Leadership experience in a matrix reporting environment
Strong verbal and written communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
